CAPS 3300 on 3-axle Landfill Carriage Unit

Engine:
John Deere 4045D diesel 276 CID (4.5), 80HP engine with over center clutch. Vibration isolated. Low oil pressure and high water temperature automatic shutdown.

Pump:
Progressing cavity type rated 125 gpm @ 200 psi (473 lpm @ 14 kg/sq cm). Hydraulically driven with electrical switch at operator control panel. Pump drive is independent of agitator drive.

Agitation:
Twin mechanical paddle agitator and liquid recirculation. Variable speed hydraulic motor drive (0-120 rpm), reversible with control lever at operator station.

Tanks:
Main - 3,350 gallon (12,485 l) liquid capacity. Flush - 200 gallon (757 l) polyethylene tank plumbed to sprayer tank.

Cannon:
Platform at rear with all controls and discharge cannon. Discharge distance up to 175 feet (53 m). Empty time is 30 minutes. Material capacity is 11,000 lbs. (4990 kg) granular solids. Set of 4 nozzles: 1 long distance, 1 narrow fan, 1 medium fan, 1 wide fan.
