Global Partner ProgramNew Waste Concepts is a leader in the global distribution of cover materials and other products and equipment which New Waste Concepts manufactures. There are four (4) distinct levels you can participate as a partner. These programs are available only outside the United States with the exception of the Partner-Agent program.Partner – AgentAs a ‘Partner – Agent’ you can help develop customers for New Waste Concepts and earn a commission on the sale of product. New Waste Concepts will work to establish warehousing in your market area where shipment can be arranged to ‘Partner-Agents’ customer. The Partner-Agent program can be arranged on the basis of selling inventory to the ‘Partner-Agent’ so that the ‘Partner-Agent’ can establish his own pricing in the market for NWC productsNon Branded Partner – DistributorAs a ‘Non Branded Partner – Distributor’ you are in charge of your market. We work with you to establish reasonable performance provisions. We recognize that under this level of distribution for NWC, you are interested in promoting your brands and company image. Under this distribution arrangement, our Logo or company brand does not get tied to the product sales. You could be a provincial recycling operation and be a ‘Non Branded Partner – Distributor’ marketing our chemical system with your recycled paper.  You could also be a company with several landfills, and you could be a ‘Non Branded Partner – Distributor’ depending upon possible volumes. This is a very flexible program, tied to your needs or a special customer’s needs. ÂBranded Partner – DistributorAs a ‘Branded Partner – Distributor’ you are in charge of your market. We work with you to establish reasonable performance provisions, but you are responsible for purchasing a CAPS machine, and sufficient product to do demonstrations in your market area. You have a responsibility to inventory product for your customers. We will help you prepare printed copy which does promote the ‘Branded Partner – Distributor’ brands but also the NWCI brand as well as the brand names of the NWCI product line. This is the last step before becoming a Joint Venture partner. ÂJoint Venture PartnerA ‘Joint Venture Partner’ and the ultimate cooperation between NWC and your company. We help in providing financing for equipment and inventory. NWC retains a less then controlling percentage interest in the Joint Venture Partnership, but does retain the option to purchase the interest of the other joint venture partner in the market place. This is a generally accepted method of valuing a business which looks at past growth and future expected growth.  As a Joint Venture partner you gain access to all new products and equipment.CALL US to inquire further about becoming a part of this fast growing environmental business. We are looking for good distribution partners. |
