Our R & D team will work from the trial stage to your finished product – not releasing the product as an active part of the NWC product line until we meet the standards you have set.

Basic Standards

NWC applies a set of standards to be met by all our custom blends. We believe these are the basic tenants of what makes a superior cover:

• Fire resistant
• Consistency in volume and thickness
• Thick viscous material that won’t fall off your hand when inverted
• Adheres to plastic and other difficult landfill substrates
• Adheres to vertical surfaces and waste in the landfill
• Creates a thick vapor-suppressing layer , minimizing the escape of odor carried by moisture and VOC’s evaporating from the landfill
• Non -vaporizing leachate spray – preventing accidental and dangerous contaminant inhalation (which is not the case with hydroseeding clones).
