SWAT HURRICANE: Raising the Bar

SWAT “Sprays Wide and Terminates - Odor” technology offers an effective tool for combating odors, suppressing dust, controlling insects, and repelling birds.

The SWAT FN - Hurricane Series comes in a variety of configurations but all use a fixed nozzle system to disperse the odor, bird, insect or dust control agent.  These fixed nozzles offer a reliable and consistent dispersion of 15 – 50 micron droplets that can float for thousands of yards.

The fixed nozzles on the ‘Hurricane’ are mounted so the powerful rotary fan can push the odor control particles out 70 meters.  The fan head can rotate 180 degrees horizontally and 90 degrees vertically, enhancing the coverage of odor combatants over a large area.

Two initial models of the Hurricane are available: The HF35D and the HF35.

• The HF35D which has its own diesel generator, 500 gallon water tank, 15 gallon chemical tank, chemical injection pump, and powerful water pump model, and.  It comes mounted on a skid plate that can be picked up by fork lift or can be mounted on a two axle trailer.  The HF35D is designed to operate for up to 12 hours without refilling the unit.
• The HF35 is the basic model with electric powered water pump, fan and fan rotation motor.  Central source of water and chemistry is required which can be controlled from a central location such as a office or shop.  Special programming for weekends, evenings, or providing for web based controls are available.
• The transfer station model and vehicular models will be introduced later this year.

In terms of cost per cubic volume, the SWAT Hurricane is the most powerful of our fixed nozzle fan systems. Each unit comes with a hand held remote control unit allowing remote operation, as well as capability for radio frequency control from a central office.

Programable Patterns

Program the SWAT Hurricane for when your odors are the greatest or when you receive most of your compliaints. Create zones that turn on when specific wind directions occur.  You cannot beat the operational efficiencies of this
