ConCover® 180 Foam Cover
An advanced Environmental Remediation and Landfill Cover
ConCover
180 Foam Cover is a technologically advanced environmental remediation and
landfill cover that combines performance properties exceeding those of traditional
foam with the application ease of a spray slurry. The foam can be spray applied
to smooth or irregular surfaces, steep slopes or vertical walls. It can be applied
in wet or moist conditions to form a uniform encapsulating layer between contaminated
materials and the environment, suppressing VOCs, dust and odors. ConCover 180
Foam provides extended durability for emission control.
Long Term Protection
ConCover 180 Foam
provides reliable long term coverage; up to 180 days or more in adverse conditions
(including rain and snow) and as long as a year in milder environments. ConCover
180 Foam forms a barrier to prevent runoff contamination in all climatic conditions.
ConCover 180 Foam is most effective for containing higher concentrations
of odors and gases.
Environmentally Friendly
ConCover 180
Foam is biodegradable, nonflammable and nontoxic to workers. It is rated 0 (nonhazardous)
for health, fire and reactivity and adds no contamination to the site.
Application
ConCover 180 Foam
arrives on site in two dry components. The dry components are combined and mixed
with water in the ConCover All Purpose Sprayer (CAPS). The resulting foam
can be sprayed up to 100 feet using the cannon mounted on the CAPS. This sprayer
also features an integrated hose reel for hand applied cover, and may also be
used for power washing/decontamination, dust control, fire fighting and revegetation.
Set up and cleaning time is minimal.

Our OSHA certified field supervisors will train your
